What we found:
- Roof tiles lifted and displaced, tiles blown completely over the roof, damaging surrounding tiles
- A corner of the roof showing signs of lifting
- A fallen tree impacting the rear fence
- Pool fence blown over and unsecured
Makesafe completed:
- Reinstated displaced roof tiles and replaced damaged tiles
- Installed a tarp over the affected roof section and secured it with sandbags
- Secured the pool’s Colorbond fence by fixing sheets to timber battens with Tex screws
- Reinforced the fence structure with additional timber bracing anchored to star pickets in the garden area
A coordinated response to stabilise the property, protect against further weather ingress, and restore safety around the home.
